Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I lost $720 with them. I had a consultation with them 2 weeks before my departure and was notified imI needed my visa asap due to changes in Ghana, no visas in arrival at the time. I applied for my visa had some issues it was not back in time. Well the resource center pretty much told me oh well. Their policies say not refunds 2 weeks before arrival. The would not allow me to stay there 2 weeks now membership no refund. If you use this resource center... Do not send them any money until 1-2 weeks before your travel.. some staff had passive aggressive attitudes.. but I took it because I liked their program.. but now I'm out of $720 and never even been to Africa yet. I am diaspora and they were not accommodating to my flight change. CAUTION
